- “I’m Mark Sheppard, founder of Sheppard Solutions Group. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the drive to create, build, and solve challenges in the property and construction world. Back in 1993, I rolled up my sleeves and built my very first house by hand. It was the start of a journey that led me to head major developments, including projects with 100+ homes and turnovers exceeding £10 million in a short period.
- As the director of the Walker Sheppard Group for three decades, I shaped award-winning developments and gained a reputation for tackling even the toughest challenges — from sloping sites to complex structural engineering needs. Today, I’m excited to take that big-project expertise and turn it into something far more personal. With Sheppard Solutions Group, I now focus on bespoke contracting services, groundworks, and utilities that deliver real value to every client.
- After more than 40 years in civil engineering and property development, I’m still just as hands-on as ever – and I’ll never stop. Whether it’s laying foundations, renovating properties, or solving complex groundwork and utility challenges, I bring the same energy and care to every project.”
